Bharat Fiber FTTH: High-Speed Broadband Solutions

Bharat Fiber (FTTH) is an innovative technology being deployed by BSNL. This fiber connectivity offers unlimited bandwidth and utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide a fixed access platform for delivering high speed broadband ranging from 2 Mbps to 300 Mbps. It also includes IPTV with various content types and a range of voice telephony services. Bharat Fiber provides a comprehensive solution for IP leased lines, internet access, Closed User Groups (CUG), MPLS-VPN, VoIP, video conferencing, and video calls. Essentially, whatever services are available on the internet platform, bandwidth on demand can be delivered through this connectivity without the need to change the access fiber or home device.

BSNL will extend Bharat Fiber through its nearest Central Office (CO) location directly or via franchisee, installing HONT and battery backup at the customers' identified locations. The high speed broadband services such as Voice, Broadband, and IPTV will be enabled as per the customer’s requested plans for the same.

Basic internet access service through Bharat Fiber offers both controlled and uncontrolled options ranging from 256Kbps to 1000Mbps, providing high speed broadband connectivity. Our TV over IP service (MPEG2) and Video on Demand (VoD) (MPEG4), which functions like a VCR, enhance your viewing experience. We also provide an audio on demand service and bandwidth on demand that can be user and service configurable. With remote education capabilities, our offerings include point-to-point and point-to-multi-point video conferencing, creating a virtual classroom environment. Voice and video telephony over IP is managed under the control of centrally located soft switches, ensuring quality communication. Engage in interactive gaming, utilize a VPN on broadband, or access our dial-up VPN service. Additionally, our Virtual Private LAN Service (VPLS) is designed to meet the needs of high speed broadband users.
